About Me

Hi, I’m Monique, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Competitive Bodybuilder( First competing at 42 yrs old) As a busy mother of two, I’ve faced my own challenges with weight management and the everyday stresses of life. Through personal experience, I’ve learned that the journey to health isn’t just about losing weight—it’s about improving overall wellbeing, building self-acceptance, and creating a balanced lifestyle.

My passion for fitness and health led me to earn my Personal Training and Nutrition qualifications. I’ve since dedicated my career to helping women, like myself, discover their inner strength and build a sustainable path to better health.

I believe in shifting the focus from the number on the scale to creating a life where you feel strong, confident, and healthy. Weight loss is simply a bonus of adopting a lifestyle that prioritizes self-care, movement, and good nutrition.

I’m committed to staying on the cutting edge of fitness and behavior change research, constantly upskilling to provide the best tools and techniques for my clients. Studying Mindful Nutrition, Empowered Eating and techniques which include, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and holistic wellbeing frameworks like Te Whare Mauri Ora, which I incorporate to support and educate my clients to achieve lasting change in all areas of their lives.

My coaching approach is highly personalized because there’s no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to your health. I create tailored programs designed to fit your unique goals, lifestyle and needs with flexibility to make changes when needed . Encouraging regular communication to ensure you feel supported and continue to see, and most importantly feel the results.

I don’t just guide my clients—I partner with them on their journey, offering unwavering support and education every step of the way. My mission is to empower women to embrace strength and health not just for the now, but for a lifetime of vitality.
