    I take an overall well being approach to coaching, combining evidence-based training and nutrition strategies ,alongside habit-change techniques. My programs are personalized to your individual goals and designed to fit into your life—not take over it—focusing on sustainable, long-term results.
  • Who do you work with?
    I work with women of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. My programs are designed to empower women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health and wellbeing.
  • What services do you offer?
    I specialize in online coaching for women, focusing on tailored training, nutrition, and habit-change programs. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve your overall fitness, or develop a healthy relationship with food, I provide personalized plans to help you succeed.
  • How often will I need to work out?
    This depends on your goals and availability. Most plans include 3–5 workouts per week, but I’ll work with you to create a schedule that’s realistic and achievable for you. There is also flexibility to move workouts around if "life happens".
  • What types of training programs do you provide?
    I create custom training plans based on your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. Programs can include strength training, mobility work, cardio, and conditioning exercises.
  • Can I train at home, or do I need access to a gym?
    Both options are available! I design programs that work with your environment, whether you’re training at home with minimal equipment or at a fully-equipped gym. You tell me what you have to work with and I design you a program based off that.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    Yes, I provide both structured and flexible options depending on your requirements. The focus is to guide you toward long term, balanced, flexible eating habits. My coaching includes habit change strategies that help you build a sustainable approach to nutrition, aligned with your goals and preferences.
  • Will I need to track calories or macros?
    That’s entirely up to you! Tracking is a helpful tool for some and I do support you with tools and strategies to do this But if tracking is not for you, we can focus on mindful eating practices, portion control, and other non-tracking approaches.
  • How do you help with motivation and consistency?
    We’ll focus on small, manageable steps that fit into your lifestyle, making it easier to stay consistent. I’ll also teach you techniques to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.
  • What is habit-change coaching?
    Habit-change coaching focuses on helping you build sustainable behaviors that support your fitness and health goals. By addressing mindset, triggers, and daily routines, I’ll guide you in creating lasting, positive changes.
  • What’s the commitment length for your programs?
    My coaching is flexible to your needs. However I do ask for a minimum 8 weeks commitment. This shows me that you are committed to the journey and enables me to assist you achieve your goals and create sustainable changes. All programs are ongoing weekly subscriptions for long-term support, which can be cancelled anytime following the 8 week required commitment.
  • Do you offer free consultations?
    Yes, I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine if my coaching is the right fit for you. We can do this over the phone or zoom.
  • How do I sign up for coaching?
    You can get started by clicking on which option suits you best or if you are unsure, fill in a contact form and I can help you with any questions. Once you sign up, you will be prompted to sign up to my coaching app and I’ll gather information about your goals and preferences to create a personalized plan. Your plan will be created in approx 3-5 working days.
