Yes, I provide both structured and flexible options depending on your requirements. The focus is to guide you toward long term, balanced, flexible eating habits. My coaching includes habit change strategies that help you build a sustainable approach to nutrition, aligned with your goals and preferences.
My coaching is flexible to your needs. However I do ask for a minimum 8 weeks commitment. This shows me that you are committed to the journey and enables me to assist you achieve your goals and create sustainable changes. All programs are ongoing weekly subscriptions for long-term support, which can be cancelled anytime following the 8 week required commitment.

Once you sign up, you will be prompted to sign up to my coaching app and I’ll gather information about your goals and preferences to create a personalized plan. Your plan will be created in approx 3-5 working days.
